Do you want to burn fat and tone up? Are you ready to sweat? Build your fitness level with different types of cardio boxing & kickboxing classes.

Boxing / Kickboxing is the #1 fat burner, with over 800-1000 calories burned during a one hour class!

At KAYO Boxing, you will be burning fat and toning up by punching a real hanging heavy bag. The resistance from hitting a hanging heavy bag burns more calories and tones your muscles up faster than if you were just punching and kicking the air.

These high intensity workout classes are a great full body workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind.

While you will be pushed to new limits, everyone is allowed to progress at his/her own pace. Every class will be different but you can expect to jump rope, work the heavy bags, speed bag, double-end bag, uppercut bags, core/abdominal drills and plyometric training. In addition to the equipment work, you will also do partner drills and can eventually start sparring, if desired.

If you are interested in becoming an amateur or professional boxer, we will teach you the in & outs of amateur to professional boxing by a USA Boxing certified Coach.

Group Boxing Classes

Boxing & Kickboxing classes are designed for all levels looking for a fun workout. Members train with jump ropes, heavy bags, speed bags and focus pads, and also utilize reflex drills, hand-eye coordination exercises, footwork drills, shadow boxing, plyometrics and other cross-training fundamentals.

The Kids Program

The Kids Program combines boxing, kickboxing, and sports conditioning training into a fun, safe, action packed 1 hour long class. Basic punch combinations, footwork, conditioning exercises, and bag drills are taught in a safe and controlled setting.

Boxing  has held a very respectful reputation with Americans for a very long time. Not only does Boxing & Kickboxing help students achieve great conditioning but it helps instill a sense of security in knowing they can go toe-to-toe should a confrontation present itself. Classes incorporate heavy bags, hand-held bags, ply-metrics and jump ropes.

The Boxing & Kickboxing classes are extremely informative, hands on, fun, upbeat, and open to both boys & girls.

This program will allow your child to challenge him/herself and have fun at the same time. This isn't just letting them go crazy on a punching bag; He/She will learn the art and science of boxing including footwork, punches and defense, as well as, how to safely use all the gym equipment. Your child will be allowed to progress at his/her own pace while being led by a USA Boxing certified Coach.

Private Boxing Instruction

Customized one-hour boxing & kickboxing lessons are available for all levels, from novices to seasoned experts. Learn new boxing skills and techniques, improve endurance, strength and quickness, and achieve your fitness goals.

If our class schedule doesn't fit your needs or you learn better in a one-on-one situation, our Private Lessons may be right for you. Private Lessons can be scheduled at any time there isn't a scheduled group class.
